This Commercial License Agreement (“License”) governs the use of digital files purchased from ArtDrop.store (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing and downloading our digital files, you (“the licensee”) agree to comply with the terms of this License.
Permitted Commercial Uses
You MAY use our digital files to:
Create physical products for sale, including but not limited to:
Printed wall art
Decorated tumblers and mugs
Sublimation products
T-shirts and apparel
Home decor items
Stickers
Physical craft items
Use the files in:
Print-on-demand services
Custom order fulfillment
Retail products
Craft fairs and markets
Online marketplaces (physical items only)
Personal business ventures
Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
Resell, distribute, or share the digital files themselves
Include the digital files in digital product bundles
Convert our files into other digital formats for sale
Share the files with other businesses or individuals
Upload the raw files to any platform for others to download
Create digital products derived from our files
Sublicense the files to third parties
Use the files in print-on-demand digital products
License Terms
Single User License
Each purchase grants one user license
License is non-transferable
Valid indefinitely for permitted uses
No limit on number of physical products created
Production Requirements
You must be the one processing/using the files
No redistribution of source files to manufacturers
You may send finished designs to manufacturers for production
File Usage
Modifications Allowed:
Resizing
Color adjustments
Combining with other design elements
Format conversion for production purposes
Adding text or personal branding
Quality Standards:
Maintain original quality in production
Do not degrade or misrepresent the design
Follow included size and resolution recommendations
Attribution
Attribution is not required on physical products
Do not claim ownership of the original digital designs
May not register trademarks containing our designs
Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the files
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with this license
No warranty is provided for fitness for a particular purpose
License Violations
Violations of this license may result in:
Immediate license termination
Legal action
Removal of access to purchased files
Ban from future purchases

Changes to License
We reserve the right to update this license agreement. Changes will not affect previously purchased files under the old license terms.
